LA MODE SHOES trusts that you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return a pair of regular price shoes, we will gladly refund the purchase price under the following conditions. The returned shoes must be unused, in their original box and accompanied with the receipt. You have 5 BUISNESS DAYS from the date of purchase in which shoes may be returned. There are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE SHOES, HANDBAGS, HATS AND SPECIAL ORDERS. All SPECIAL ORDERS must be paid in advance in full. Shoes shipped from the store may be returned under the previous conditions. Upon recieving returned shipped shoes, you will be charged a non-refundable $10.00 restocking fee. All special orders will be charged a non-refundable special order fee of $9.00. Cash/Debit and check refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or store check. All NSF checks will be charged a $25.00 fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!
