LA MODE SHOES trusts that you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return a pair of regular priced shoes or clothing item, we will gladly refund the purchase price under the following conditions. The returned shoes must be in their original box in its original condition. Shoes and/or clothing must be unused and accompanied with the receipt. You have 5 BUISNESS DAYS from the date of purchase in which the shoes or clothing may be returned. There are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON HANDBAGS, HATS, JEWELRY, SALE SHOES OR SPECIAL ORDERS. All SPECIAL ORDERS must be paid in advance in full. Items shipped from the store may be retuned under the previous conditions. All special orders will be charged a non-refundable special order fee of $9.00. Cash/Debit and check refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit or store check.
